Professor Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas spoke on trade agreements and climate change in Rome

Professor Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Economic Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies of Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), spoke in Rome on how trade agreements can serve as legal instruments to mitigate climate change and enhance sustainable energy. His talk was at the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Development 2017, Rome, Italy, 6-7 September 2017.

Professor Leal-Arcas served as moderator of the panel on socio-cultural sustainability in the same conference.
