Professor Rafael Leal-Arcas invited to speak on maritime energy exploration and dispute resolution, King’s College London

Rafael Leal-Arcas, Professor of European and International Economic Law at QMUL's Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), has been invited to give a talk on “New challenges in maritime energy exploration and dispute resolution” in the context of an international conference titled Stress testing the Law of the Sea: Dispute Resolution, Disasters and New Challenges at King’s College School of Law, London, 30 September-1 October.

‘Hosted by the Transnational Law Institute of the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London (TLI) in
collaboration with the Law of the Sea Institute of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (LOSI), it will be the inaugural conference in the TLI series “Stress-Testing the Institutional Frameworks of International Law and International Relations”.’
