Professor Stavros Brekoulakis, Professor of International Arbitration and Commercial Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), was part of a panel on 'Evolution in dispute resolution: third party funding, the role of secretaries and security of data in investment arbitration' at the 2016 Annual EFILA Conference: Investment arbitration 2.0?, 5 February in Paris.
Professor Loukas Mistelis, Clive M Schmitthoff Professor of Transnational Commercial Law and Arbitration at QMUL, was also in attendance, moderating a panel on 'Rule of Law and Investment Arbitration: promoting or holding back its advancement?'.
