Professor Ian Walden quoted by the Romford Recorder on Havering Council email leaks

Ian Walden, Professor of Information and Communications Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, has been quoted by the Romford Recorder regarding an accidental leak of more than 2000 email addresses by Havering Council.

"The severity of the breach depends on the sensitivity of the information disclosed," explained Professor Walden. "This appears to be a relatively minor breach, but shows poor practice and a lack of regard for people’s privacy."
