Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Reader in European and International Economic Law at CCLS, has been invited to speak at an event on 'Global Energy Trade Governance and the Climate Challenge' on 24 June at the Transnational Law Institute, King's College London.
Dr Leal-Arcas' will be presenting his co-authored paper entitled 'Multilateral, Regional and Bilateral Energy Trade Governance', available via the Social Science Research Network (SSRN).
