Professor Loukas Mistelis 'Yukos oil company ruling could take years to enforce'

In what has been the largest such ruling of its kind, a court in The Hague has ruled against Russia, awarding former majority shareholders of the Yukos oil company $50 billion for Moscow's seizure and sale of the corporation's assets. In an interview with Radio Free Europe, Professor Loukas Mistelis explains that it could be more than a decade before investors recover these assets. Professor Mistelis is also quoted on the same subject in the Financial Times.
