Professor Rosa Maria Lastra co-organised a major conference of the Monetary Committee of the International Law Association (MOCOMILA) and the Legislative committee of the ECB (Legco) at the European Central Bank with Chiara Zilioli (deputy general counsel of the ECB) and William Blair (Chair of MOCOMILA).
‘The Future of Banking Regulation and Supervision in the EU’ conference was held in Frankfurt on 15 November 2013. Rosa Lastra is Professor of International Financial and Monetary Law at Queen Mary and a member of MOCOMILA. She also presented a paper at the conference ‘Single Supervisory Mechanism: the legal foundations’.
