Dr Miriam Goldby participated in United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) session and experts working group

Dr Miriam Goldby, Lecturer in Law at Queen Mary, participated as a delegate in the 47th session of United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group IV (Electronic Commerce) which took place in New York on the 13-17 May. She also participated in the UNCITRAL WG IV Experts Group Consultation meeting which took place at NYU on 18-19 May. 

The working group's current work is on Electronic Transferable Records, the electronic equivalents of paper documents of title including documents of title used in maritime trade such as bills of landing.
