One of Italy’s leading commercial lawyers Professor Mazzoni is the author of two ground-breaking monographs dealing with minority shareholder’s protection in comparative law and letters of patronage, as well as numerous articles, including several published in English on cross-border insolvency of multinational groups of companies, third-party liability insurance in the insured’s bankruptcy and a global view of the social aspects of MSME insolvencies.
